The plan
A plan that listens.
Tell Pacelings why you run. It reads your recent runs from Health and builds your plan from where you are today. Every Sunday your Paceling looks back on the week and suggests at most one change. You decide.
- Planned by time, mostly easy, no sudden jumps in distance
- No run more than 10% longer than your longest in the last 30 days, except race day
- A short health check before you start
- Something hurts? Your plan gets lighter right away

Your Paceling
A buddy that never gives up on you.
Your Paceling hatches when you start and is one of a kind. It grows with every completed run and every rest day you keep. Missed a run? It never gets sick or sad. It waits for you at its station and happily packs up when you're back.
- Learns little tricks at your milestones
- Gets to know you over years of running together
- Collects souvenirs along the way and wears them
- A booklet about your month on the first of each month

Real trails
Real trails, one run at a time.
Your kilometers take your Paceling along real long-distance trails, one to one. At every station it sends you a postcard. At the finish, the next trail starts right where you arrived.
- Munich to Venice, the Camino de Santiago, the Malerweg, the Rennsteig, the Pacific Crest Trail
- A hand-drawn postcard at every station
- More trails with every update

After the run
Every number says what it means for you.
A clear verdict on the task of the day, up to three insights, and all the numbers grouped with your usual range. Simple enough on day one, complete enough for your hundredth race.
- Kilometer splits, heart rate zones, running form, cardio fitness
- Pace adjusted for hills, so a hilly run counts fairly
- Personal bests from 1 km to the marathon, even in the middle of a long run
- A run story to swipe through and share

Blood glucose
Your glucose, right next to your run.
If you wear a CGM that writes to Apple Health, Pacelings can show your blood glucose with its time and trend while you run, on iPhone and Apple Watch. Afterwards you see how it moved around your run, next to your usual range on similar runs.
- At the start, during the run, in the hours after and that night
- Read from Apple Health only, never stored or uploaded
- Off until you turn it on
Display only. No alarms, no targets, no advice. Pacelings is not a medical device and is not meant for treatment decisions.

Apple Watch
Leave your phone at home.
Record your runs on your Apple Watch, with or without your iPhone. Your Paceling runs along on your wrist and shows at a glance whether you're on target, with gentle haptics instead of a flood of numbers.
- Focus view or all numbers
- Intervals with countdown and a result for every rep
- Start with Siri, or the Action button on Apple Watch Ultra
- Your Paceling on your watch face

Free, private, and it stays that way.
- Free. Everything in Pacelings today stays free. If we ever offer something paid, it will be added, never taken away.
- No account. Open the app and start. No sign up, no email, no password.
- Private. No ads, no tracking, no analytics. Your runs and health data stay on your devices and in Health.
- Kind. Your Paceling never depends on money and never punishes you for a break.
Questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. You can record runs with your iPhone, or import runs from any app that writes to Apple Health. The watch app is a bonus.
I've never run before. Is it for me?
Yes. The run walk plan starts with short intervals of running and walking, three times a week.
What happens if I miss a run?
Nothing bad. Missed runs never cost points, and your Paceling simply waits for you.
Which CGMs work with the glucose view?
Any CGM whose app writes blood glucose to Apple Health. Some apps write in real time, others later: the Dexcom G7 app writes with a delay of three hours, so you see its values after the run.
